Jenny was born and raised in Hong Kong, where she became fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. She moved to Chicago for her studies where she attended University of Illinois at Chicago earning a B.S. degree in Kinesiology. Jenny then completed her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy at Nova Southeastern University where she made Dean’s List all three years. Jenny has worked with patients in a wide range of age groups and with a variety of diagnoses. Jenny is experienced in manual therapy, pilates based Therapeutic exercise, Myofascial Decompression Cupping, manual traction, IASTM and postural re-education technique.
Jenny strives for a healthy lifestyle including eating a balanced diet and playing badminton. During her free time, she enjoys cooking, trying different restaurants, traveling and singing karaoke!
